Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies

A “cookie” is a small text file stored on your device (computer, phone, tablet, etc.) that contains information about your browser, device, and online activity. This information often consists of a string of numbers and letters that uniquely identifies your device.

We use both session and persistent cookies on our Website. Session Cookies are deleted when you close your browser. Persistent cookies may remain after you close your browser, but they have an expiration date.

Some of the cookies placed on your device through our Website are first-party cookies, because they are placed directly by us. Other are third-party cookies, meaning that they are placed through our Website by third parties. Please refer to the privacy policies of these third parties to learn more about the way in which they collect and process information about you.

Our Website also employs “local storage” and “session storage”, which enables our Website to store information locally on your device. In particular, we use Pendo.io ’s analytics services, which are based on local storage. Pendo allows us to analyze your use of the Website and to present you with guides and notices. You can read Pendo.io’s privacy notice here .

Analytics and Session Replay Technology

To ensure our Website function as expected, identify issues and limitations, and identify opportunities to enhance existing features and develop new ones, we use Analytics and Session Replay technologies provided by our analytics partner, Pendo.io.

Pendo’s session Replay technology utilizes first-party cookies and local storage to create a replayable short reconstruction of your interactions of our Website. The data captured may include limited personal data, such as your organization/tenant name, name, username or user ID, in cases where this helps analyze usability based on user type. However, we strive to capture as little personal data as possible. Importantly, we’ve configured this feature not to capture or store passwords. That field is automatically excluded from session recordings to ensure the security and privacy of your information. Pendo acts as a service provider and will not use the collected data for its own purposes.

If we need to analyze a particular session or interaction with our Website, we may retain the data for up to one year, Otherwise, session replay data is automatically deleted after 30 days.
